Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping – flat rate $9.99 via road freight to anywhere in Australia. Also if your order is over a $100 spend, we offer free standard shipping to anywhere in Australia.

Express Delivery Upgrade – flat rate $14.99 4-7 business days via air freight services.

Urgent Delivery option (when you need it by the weekend) $19.99 delivered in 1 – 3 bus days.

As we are an online store we are open 24hrs a day/ 7 days a week. However, all postage and deliveries will be dispatched between Mon and Thurs each working week. There is a minimum purchase of $20.00 aud for all orders. Party Shop Direct has party supplies ready to be delivered anywhere in Australia. We do advise to leave as much time as possible before your event to place your order as abnormalities do take place with stock availability and deliveries from time to time.
Privacy & Security
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only. Party Shop Direct will collect information from you the customer such as your name, address, email  and phone number. This information will be retained by Party Shop Direct and stored within our system to process orders, send you order confirmations and despatch details only. We do disclose your details to our shipping companies of course!We DO NOT keep any credit card information or financial details inhouse or on file.
"NO FUSS" Returns Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact Party Shop Direct within seven working days and we will arrange a refund on the items.  All items returned to us must be in original condition, must not be altered, worn, damaged or used in any way whatsoever.  If your party goods arrive to you faulty, please return them to us in their original unopened packaging for a refund. Exchanges are too costly in postage. Exchanges will only be made if you are happy to pay for postage costs both ways. A refund on an unwanted item includes the total cost, plus a percentage of the postage costs, based on the value of the items returned in portion to the total value of the order. eg: if you return 100% of the items then a full refund on the postage will be provided.
Party Shop Direct has available for purchase items that are in stock and ready for shipment. If for some reason an error has occurred in the stock levels and we have incorrectly sold you something that is not available, we will contact you via email or by phone. If you have ordered an item or would like an item that is currently out of stock, we will contact you via email.  You will have the choice to cancel your order or put in a back order request with Party Shop Direct.  Any back order requests can take up to 4 weeks for stock to arrive.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is through secure payment processing via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order. Payment via PayPal can be made with a credit card, visa and mastercard or you can pay from your bank account to pay us also via PayPal. If you do not have a credit card, you can choose to pay via Direct Deposit.
Viewing Orders
All customer orders are emailed to the supplied email address you created at the time of ordering your Party Products. The status of your order is also notified to you by email. If you have not received your order by mail within 5 days of notification of stock sent, please send an email to us at party@partyshopdirect.com.au and we will rectify the situation for you.
Updating Account Information
Any changes can be made to your customer account by logging into My Account at the top right of the page and then go to registered customers to make any changes. If you forgot your password, go to My Account at the top right of the page and then click on ‘forgot your password’, your new details will be emailed to you.
